VF Corporation has also been linked to migrant worker abuse ^[6], used sweatshop labour ad forced labour ^[7][8], bypassed forced labour laws in its supply chain ^[9], violated workers' rights in sportswear factories ^[10], exploited workers in Haiti ^[11] and Cambodian factories ^[12], sourced cotton from forced labour in Xinjiang ^[13], and employed child labour in its supply chain ^[14].
