Abercrombie & Fitch is an American clothing retailer that discriminated against African American, Latino and minority employees ^[1], discriminated against a law student with a prosthetic arm ^[2] and discriminated against Muslim employees for wearing a hijab ^[3][4], with the US Supreme Court ruling against the company ^[5]. Abercrombie and Fitch has been linked to forced Uyghur labour ^[6][7], while its former CEO Mike Jeffries sexually abused dozens of employees and models ^[8][9] while perpetuating a toxic and racist culture within the company ^[10].
